The horn-shaped operculum of Eucalyptus Platypus resemble witches fingers.  So much fun for play and curiosity.  They are around 3-4cm long and 1-2cm in diameter.

What is an Operculum?
The operculum is a unique feature of eucalypts, a cap-like structure that covers the flower bud. The operculum typically sheds away from the base of the flower as it opens, exposing the stamens (male parts of the flower).
